This 110,000 SF Power Center was a complex and creative assemblage and re–development across from the Dadeland Mall in the heart of what is now known as Downtown Dadeland.

This site was previously occupied by Sun Chevrolet and First Union Bank and was an underutilization of the two properties. We negotiated a relocation of the bank to the corner, handled acquisition, re-zoning, site planning, platting, permitting, construction, leasing, and management of the property, while ensuring that there were no remaining environmental problems from the previous automotive use.

The project was 100% pre–leased prior to completion and we assisted in the highly profitable sale of the property for the venture. Current tenants include The Container Store, Old Navy, Office Depot, & Brandsmart.
