Philip Leitman
Director of Development and Operations
A native of Canada, Philip has four decades of experience in multi-national business, finance, and strategic planning. He oversees our business operations, financial strategies, and is an equity partner in Suchman Group properties. In addition to his duties with SRG, Philip is the co-founder and past president of internationally and medically renowned NTM Info & Research, a Miami-based non-profit organization for patient support, medical education and research of pulmonary nontuberculous mycobacteria.

James Zimny Jr.
General Manager & Controller
As Controller for SRG since 2007, Jim brings to the Suchman Companies a wealth of knowledge gleaned from his 15 years of experience from a local Miami commercial bank. He uses his expertise to ensure the smooth running of our financial and accounting functions. He is also on the Board of Directors of NTM Info & Research, a Miami-based non-profit organization, serving as their Treasurer.

Ana Vega Garcia
Director of Leasing
Ana is a native of Miami and fluent in English and Spanish. Ana has been with SRG for more than 20 years starting as an agent and property manager, and now a broker associate. Her previous job experience working with a real estate and title attorney and as an office/facilities manager for a large telecommunication company provides her with comprehensive skills in analyzing, multi-tasking, planning and structuring businesses for success. Her skills and vast market knowledge in office, retail, land and warehouse leasing and years of transactions allow her to assist landlords and tenants in completing deals as well as maximizing property values. Ana’s areas of focus include property leasing, tenant representation, construction logistics, and problem resolution.

May Munoz
Director of Property Management
May joined SRG in 2008 as property manager. She uses her 20+ years of industry experience and business savvy to provide efficient and effective service for our tenants and landlord clients. Fluent in English and Spanish, May is known for her quick responses to resolve any and all property or tenant problems. May is also responsible for Landlord and Tenant construction matters. She is responsible for the overall planning, coordination and control of a project from beginning to completion. May ensures the quality of the work for both owner and tenants in order to produce a timely, functionally and financially viable project for all parties involved.
