This 100,000 square-foot “condominiumized“ power center, at one of the most prominent intersections in Boca Raton, represents another creative Suchman Group start to finish development success story.

We acquired 10 acres to assist our client, Linens ‘n Things, relocate into a new prototype store from across the street. We successfully completed necessary master planning, zoning, site planning and platting approvals, and developed the land with site and infrastructure improvements. We sold and delivered building ready pads to PetSmart & Sports Authority and built-to-suit a 42,000 SF store for Linens and Things, a CVS affiliate. When LNT subsequently closed, we renovated the store, re-leased it to HH Gregg Electronics, and then sold the property while we still had a CVS guarantee in place.

This site has been commercially successful and was developed with input and support from the surrounding residential neighbors.
