Miller Crossing is a 30,000 SF un-anchored neighborhood and service retail center, located on 10 acres, across from Publix and Walgreens, and next to one of the largest high schools in Miami Dade County. It also includes three outparcels that have been either sold or ground leased to SunTrust, McDonald’s and AutoZone. The project was successfully leased and completed during the 2011 economic downturn.

The Suchman Group created a joint venture with a long-time landowner who did not want to sell but rather wanted a professionally built, leased, and managed “generational asset” for his children. We handled the development from start to finish including site planning, platting, permitting, construction, tenant build-out, leasing, and management.
