Sheridan Shoppes at Muvico is a highly successful 30,000 square-foot specialty retail and restaurant center creatively designed and constructed on the parking lot of the Cinemark Theater (formerly Muvico). This project, which is connected by walkways to and serving the theater, with exposure to both Sheridan & the theater, was 100% leased prior to completion. The completed project was sold to a 1031 investor who has since relied on us to successfully continue to lease and manage this asset.
